The collection navigates family in time, memory, and writing. By pressing the limits of language, it lingers in the spaces between, namely, what draws us apart, or what brings us ever closer.

Sam Rye’s work includes Skeleton Reservoir Function (death of workers whilst building skyscrapers, 2026), a collection which uses a restrained approach to language to explore the body and what it holds against itself, and work published in Anthropocene, Still Point, and Ambient Receiver.
